Cancellations
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance so we can contact our waitlist and fill your slot. Please note that cancellations or rescheduled appointments without sufficient notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booked service. We value your business and hope you find this policy with understanding. If an emergency or unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending your appointment, we ask that you reach out to us. We understand that not everything is in your control and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Card on File
Due to the nature of the type of business we run, we rely on clients showing up to their appointments. Because of this, we have implemented policies that ensure our livelihood is protected in the event of a last-minute cancellation or no-show. To secure an appointment, we require a valid card on file. All financial information is protected and encrypted by Square.
No-Show
A 15-minute grace period for late arrivals is given and multiple reminders are sent out via text message and email prior to your scheduled appointment. If we do not hear from you, your appointment will be marked as a “no-show” in our system and the card on file will be charged 50% of the total booked service. This fee is non-refundable and will not be applied to a future service. If the card declines and the fee is left unpaid, you will be unable to book online until the payment is made.
